Job Description Albemarle is hiring for a Turn Around Coordinator / Senior Maintenance Planner.. This position is in-office and located in Kings Mountain, NC. What You Will Do Coordinate and plan plant outage work by: *Reviewing backlog and planning list for turn around related work orders. *Clarifying incomplete or poorly defined work notifications *Grouping work orders and/or notifications together that can be planned and completed as a single order *Determining appropriate degree of planning *Creating job plans which ensure maintenance work is executed in a safe and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to the following activities: scope of work development, sequencing work steps, skills assessment, development of labor estimates, identification of required repair materials, determine requirements on special tools or equipment *Coordinate outsourcing for specialty contractors or skills requirements *Identify and provide repair procedures as required (technical documents) *Coordinate with production to prepare/tag equipment, special permits, PPE, etc. *Review or Create job packets (as needed) which include: job plans, technical documentation (e.g., photos, drawings, technical specifications, etc.), feedback forms, build and validate job kits (transitional task) *Assist maintenance supervisor and plant maintenance planner in the timely execution of emergency or critical priority jobs *Assist with optimization of spare parts inventory *Build and maintain bill of materials (BoMs) *Identify jobs that require management of change (MoC) *Create purchase requisitions and reservations for necessary materials, equipment, or services and orders material *Build task lists (job plan library) for recurring jobs *Continually update task lists to ensure: 1) necessary changes or improvements are incorporated, and 2) efficiencies are captured per job feedback forms What You Bring Required:
