What you will do

As an Implementation Specialist, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by leading new or existing clients through the technical implementation process and helping users understand, test, integrate, and scale our solutions. You will be managing multiple projects and timelines. You will be working with all aspects of survey administration and data collection throughout the implementation process and will work with internal and external customers to ensure successful and timely configuration after the point of new sale or existing customer up-sell. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and communicating project status, data, configuration, and logistical issues with customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated associate that is customer-centered, detail-oriented, and eager to learn all aspects of our offerings.

What you need

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role

Would be nice

  • HTML and/or JavaScript is a plus
  • SEO and Google Analytics experience is a plus
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Healthcare experience is a plus

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $81,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. NRC Health is not currently hiring in DE, HI, LA, MD, NJ, RI, D.C. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, preferred candidates live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
