Sr National Accounts Manager

Sr National Accounts Manager

Purpose of role: The Sr National Accounts Manager will manage relationships within the National Accounts portfolio, set growth targets for each account, and develop and execute plans aligned with Sonova's strategy. This role collaborates closely with regional and territory managers to achieve performance objectives.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance support offerings, providing value-added services for accounts.
  • Ensure performance and accountability standards are upheld between accounts and partners.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts, pricing strategies, and promotions to meet business goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with strategic partners and buying groups to review performance against targets, assess plan effectiveness, and adjust as necessary.
  • Facilitate relationships with leadership at the corporate national account level to drive sales and ensure value-added standards are met.
  • Target key accounts within each group, fostering collaboration with territory sales managers to achieve performance objectives.
  • Identify potential new business key accounts and strategic partner prospects.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining pricing, handling account additions and removals, and communicating relevant updates to the sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel up to 30%



Education and Skillset:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required, Masters in Audiology or Business a plus
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience, with a strong track record in the hearing healthcare or related medical field.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong corporate relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and secure commitments at both corporate and dispensing office levels.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency Salesforce (SFDC), Strong Microsoft office skills



A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

If the applicant selected for this role resides in CA, CO, NY or WA we adhere to the pay transparency required in those states. This role's pay range is between: $108,000 - $140,000.
