Business Planning Analyst Top Skill Sets Required: 1. Financial Modeling and Forecasting 2. Data Research & Analysis - Market Research and Trends Position Description Responsibilities: * Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. * Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies. * Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize business processes. * Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives. * Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. * Support the development and execution of budgeting and forecasting activities. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. * 3~5 years of experience in business planning, strategic analysis, or a similar role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with business intelligence tools and ERP systems is a plus. Success Metrics: * Timely completion of business plans and strategies. * Accuracy and quality of financial analysis and reports. * Contribution to improved business processes and efficiency. * Positive feedback from senior management and stakeholders.
