Shift Options: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM Pay: $18.00 - $19.50/hour, with possibility of a $1.50/hour increase at hire-on. What We're Looking For: Skills: Inspection of parts and processes with attention to detail \| Experience using small hand and power tools (e.g., X-Acto knife, Dremel) \| Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision measuring tools. Longevity: Preferred 2+ years experience in either metal production work, sand blasting, part taping, or quality control throughout your career. Experience: Recent manufacturing experience is required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Job Duties: Inspect finished parts, rework defects, and ensure high-quality standards \| Use tools such as Dremels to remove excess spray coatings \| Perform sit-down work requiring focus and precision. Additional Information: Since our client has a large production operation, there may be opportunities to work in other areas with robotic sprayers, sand blasters, and precision measuring equipment.
