Construction Supervisor
As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. You pride yourself on doing the job right, striving to be the best, and embracing challenges head-on.

• Lead and mentor your team to develop their skills and knowledge of telecom construction.
• Oversee and manage both aerial and underground construction projects.
• Promote and uphold a company-wide safety culture.
• Drive your team to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of multiple crews and their job sites.

• Safety is a top priority in everything you do.
• You consistently deliver high-quality work.
• You have a strong understanding of construction and OSP (Outside Plant) work.
• You excel at solving complex problems and enjoy a hands-on approach.
• You're seeking long-term, stable projects.
• You lead by example and enjoy working alongside your team.
• You have proven experience managing the day-to-day needs of a construction crew.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the telecom construction industry, including:
  • Coax Splicing
  • Fiber Splicing
  • Directional Drilling
  • Map Reading
• You thrive in troubleshooting and solving field challenges as they arise.
• You embrace the opportunity to coach and mentor your team.
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new software.

Military veterans with MOS Codes such as 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, or 2591 are encouraged to apply, as their skills align well with this role.

• Competitive salary: $70,000-$82,000/year (depending on experience)
