This role is responsible for supporting mechanical development, qualification, transition to production and sustaining activities across multiple products, systems, or subsystems. The candidate must possess the ability to complete a technical project independently; mentor and coach other engineers; and work cross-functionally to coordinate resolution of technical issues and implementation of technical improvements. In addition, the candidate shall demonstrate consistent good judgement and will be able to effectively communicate with engineering and management stakeholders. Job Responsibilities

This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. The expected pay scale for this position if filled in our Burnsville, MN location is $96,835/yr to $150,336/yr. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
