Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities What We're Looking For: We're searching for a Government Compliance Director who will develop the strategy for the Iridium government compliance program and take the helm as the primary liaison with government auditors. This position will require collaborating with departments across Iridium, ensuring our adherence to Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FARs, DFARs and established processes and procedures, while maintaining compliance with stringent government regulations and internal controls. You'll oversee and ensure the timely completion of various government submissions and be the primary liaison with DCAA. You will continue to help Iridium foster continued growth and development while upholding our regulatory commitments. What You'll Do:

Work Environment: This position primarily works in the company office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer.
