This position supports the Legal Department and manages various legal activities for companies and functions within Opus ("The Company"). Responsibilities include managing corporate governance, litigation, compliance and trademark matters; performing contract administration; assisting with real estate transactions, due diligence matters and closings; coordinating and managing legal matters handled by outside counsel; and participating and leading other projects assigned by the Legal Department.
