We are seeking an experienced Sr. Intelligence and Operations Officer to support our Combatant Command Intelligence portfolio.

The position is available in Colorado Springs, CO.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and dissemination of critical information to support the Combatant Commander's decision-making processes
- Provide analytical and operational support to current and future developmental and operational units
- Develop and implement intelligence strategies and frameworks to address organizational goals and emerging threats.
- Monitor global and regional developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop draft intelligence requirements and staffing packages, provide advisement on intelligence reports, translate program requirements into intelligence needs and requirements, and recommend courses of action to support mission-related activities
- Utilize acquisition and intelligence community standards and processes to support the program manager in evaluating tradeoffs between cost, schedule, and performance

Qualifications Required (Skills)

-BS/BA with 7 years relevant experience or MS/MA degree with 5 years relevant experience
- Expert in DoD Intelligence capabilities, processes, and procedures
- Experience supporting Combatant Command and other Joint operations and intelligence
- Experience supporting classified intelligence operations
- Facilitate, manage, and engage with stakeholders to aid in Operational integration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and writing) skills.
- Must have experience in using critical thinking to prepare written reports and presentations for decision makers.
- MUST HAVE AT A MINIMUM, A CURRENT TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A TS/SCI CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.

Qualifications Desired

- Advanced understanding of Defense Department OSINT policies and regulations
- Recent participation in interagency intelligence working groups preferred
- Experience with NORAD-USNORTHCOM, SOCNORTH, or any of the subordinate / component commands
- Rotary and Fixed Wing Aviation Support
