Shift Details

• Working Hours | 12:30 PM - 9 PM & 5 AM - 1 PM (Must be able to work both shifts)
• Training Hours | 12:30 PM - 9 P & 6:45 AM - 3 PM (Sunday - Saturday) for 3 weeks
• Pay | $12 per hour

Requirements | 2 years of experience, detail-oriented, phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, excellent typing skills, and proficiency in Excel

The Call Center Operator will be responsible for customer service, taking calls and determining if the situation is an emergency using a switchboard, speaking with customers as needed, keeping good notes, coordinating information, and advancing knowledge as needed.
