We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of compensation and benefits, while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the analysis and administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys and market research.
* Support the development and implementation of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
* Participate in the preparation and distribution of communication materials related to total rewards programs.
* Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies with business objectives.
* Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards team as needed.

Qualifications:
-Working toward a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with an interest in the Total Rewards profession.
-Previous Human Resources internship experience preferred, but not required.
-Intermediate to excellent proficiency in Excel required.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, resourceful, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented approach.
-Ability to juggle multiple projects and seek assistance in a timely manner.
-Teamwork skills and the ability to work with other staff, taking project direction quickly.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
