About the role Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs. We are looking for aSupervisor - Mine Operationsto join the Rio Tinto Minerals Boron Operations Mine Team to maximize the potential of our mining equipment, resources, and the safety of our teams. Our staff and supervision work a 12-hr. schedule, Sunday through Tuesday or Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday. This is a fixed schedule for dayshift or nightshift and requires flexibility to work all shifts.
