Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager of PMO to establish, lead, and scale our Project Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing PMO team, hiring and training project managers, overseeing enterprise-level projects, managing project pipelines, and ensuring successful project delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities: PMO Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement the PMO framework, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Define PMO governance processes, including project prioritization, decision-making frameworks, and project lifecycle management.
- Champion the value of project management across the organization and promote a culture of project excellence.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging project management trends, tools, and methodologies.
- Oversee PMO budget planning, resource forecasting, and capacity management.
- Team Building & Management:
- Build and scale the PMO organization by hiring, onboarding, and training project managers.
- Lead, mentor, and support project managers to ensure professional development and project success.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Project Oversight & Delivery:
- Manage the project portfolio and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise-level projects.
- Identify opportunities for new projects to streamline business processes.
- Establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are well-documented and communicated.
- Daft and publish Project plans, and status reports.
- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to assess progress and address potential blockers.
- Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure optimal project performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align project goals with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success and timely delivery.
- Communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key milestones to executive leadership.
Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous process improvement within the PMO.
- Evaluate and implement project management tools and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external project management standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred or 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in establishing and leading a PMO in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

PAY RANGE $155 - $180k* *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
