Synchron, LLC is recruiting for an Analyst to provide support to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfighting Requirements and Capabilities (OPNAV N9). This organization determines, integrates and resources expeditionary warfare, surface warfare, undersea warfare and air warfare requirements, and their associated systems, manpower, training and readiness requirements within the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process, balancing system capabilities and program wholeness to support Joint and Navy warfighting plans within acceptable risk.
The mission and function of the Office of Chief of Naval Operations Warfare Integration Division (N9I), is to oversee Surface, Undersea, Aviation Expeditionary, and Special Warfare program integration and is responsible for Navy's investment direction in providing combat-ready Navy forces. Integrating across all warfare directorates, N9I strives to incorporate war fighting priorities, aligned to Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) strategic planning guidance, within fiscal controls while providing Navy leadership with independent, critical analysis to enable optimized decision making Minimum Education and Experience: Education - Bachelors of Science degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, physical science, business administration, accounting, finance, economics or a management information technology. Experience - At least 5 years of general experience highlighting project management, analyzing data and formulating conclusions from data analysis, complex problem solving, and organizational planning, management, and development. Specifically, knowledge of Navy programming related to any of the following areas is required: PBIS, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Operations, Fleet Support, Fleet Training and Navy Targets and Ranges. Active secret clearance. |
