Job Description: Summary: Barr's stack testing group is looking for motivated individuals to join their team in tackling challenging projects across the air quality field. This group provides innovative solutions and meets the air quality testing needs of Barr's mining, fuels, power, and manufacturing clients. The person in this role will sample, analyze, monitor, and report emissions of various air sources to support our client's regulatory permitting and compliance needs. A typical project may involve:

A hybrid work arrangement may be considered for this position. A hybrid work arrangement refers to splitting time worked between a Barr office and a home office. This position is based out of Barr's Edina or Hibbing, Minnesota, offices. Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24-$28 per hour. This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance.
