We are looking for *Loan Documentation Processor for* our top client. located near *West Washington Street, Tempe, AZ. *You will be* *receiving direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
*Job Roles & Responsibilities:* * Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products * Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans * Process and close for loan products * Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups * Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions * Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals * Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process *You will be a perfect fit if you one of the below qualifications: * * 2 years of Customer Service Loan Administration Collections * Loan Documentation Experience * Loan Admin Experience * Loan Processing Experience *Skills Details:* * Good Communication Skills * Great Computer Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office *Work Schedule:* Onsite | Mon through Friday | First Shift *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $19.54 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
