*Facilities Coordinator*
*Monday-Friday 8am-5pm* *Description* * Facilities Support: Manage generator, parking lot, elevator, and loading dock. Provide support for vendors, associates, and visitors. * Communication: Maintain positive communication in person, via telephone, and email. * Breakroom and Conference Room: Point of contact for cleaning and support needs. * Onsite Presence: Essential staff role, expected to be onsite Monday through Friday and occasionally on call. * Work Environment: Typical office setting with some exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations. * Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Skilled in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. * AP Systems: Experience with AP systems; Coupa is a plus. * IT Room Support: Experience with HVAC, UPS, electrical needs, and generator support. * Facility Management: 4+ years of experience in facility management. * Light Maintenance: Knowledge in plumbing, light maintenance, and elevator service. * Janitorial Supervision: Supervise janitorial staff (approved vendor). * Vendor Management: Onboard and manage vendors, provide suite access. * Communication Skills: Positive communication with all levels of associates. * Multi-initiative Support: Experience in supporting multiple initiatives with similar timelines. * Safety and Maintenance: Experience in fire and safety drills, AED equipment maintenance. * Global Facilities Support: Provide support for global facilities as needed. * Maintenance Management: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of facilities. * Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers. * Space Planning: Optimize space use, plan office moves, renovations, and new construction. * Inventory Management: Maintain and replenish inventory of supplies and equipment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * This person will be the main point of contact for all administrative and facilities for this location in PA. There are 50-100 end users between the two floors of this building, where Wednesdays and Thursdays being the busiest days. * Prior experience with vendor management * Basic maintenance (ex: light bulb change) * Experience with using AP systems or some sort of CRM to process POs, billing inquiries. * Familiar with UPS systems * Onboarding new vendors, data entry, attention to detail * Order processing *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
