Your work will redefine how data is modeled, prepared, transformed, and onboarded, crafting the backbone for seamless personalization and insights across industry-leading applications like Adobe Real-Time Customer Profile, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Data Distiller, and Customer Journey Analytics. Lead the Data Onboarding initiative to bring new, innovative ways for data to flow into real-time personalization and insights systems. Set new standards for the marketing automation industry, demonstrating visionary thinking. Build critical platform components to seamlessly integrate data into personalization and analytics applications, enabling real-time decision-making and insights. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
