We have a high-impact opportunity for a Staff HRIS Analyst to join the People Technology and Services team. This lead-level Product Owner will play a key role in leading and managing complex, global enhancement projects.
What you'll do:
- Own and manage the global project portfolio related to Talent Acquisition systems, with deep accountability for current ATS and Workday Recruiting and Onboarding configurations.
- Drive standardization and globalization of recruiting processes, identifying inefficiencies and delivering scalable, system-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, recruiting operations, IT, and HRIS to prioritize regional and global system enhancements.
- Lead discovery, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical requirements, followed by configuration, prototyping, testing, and hyper-care support.
- Manage and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with global strategy and business goals.
- Champion adoption and understanding of new system capabilities, including presentation of relevant Workday release features to internal customers.
- Maintain and improve integrations between existing Talent Acquisition System and other systems (e.g., Workday, Global Career Site).
Platform and Functional Expertise:
- Provide functional leadership with expertise in HCM, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Analytics.
- Configure and maintain key recruiting and onboarding processes across Workday and the ATS.
- Support performance and learning system configurations as needed.
- Act as a liaison to AMS partners and third-party consultants, driving standard methodology solutions and continuous improvement.
Operational & Support Responsibilities:
- Serve as an escalation point for complex ServiceNow tickets, including incident triage, bug research, customer issues, and resolution documentation.
- Develop and maintain training materials; deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Partner with multi-functional HR teams on critical initiatives and provide input to system strategy and roadmap.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition technology.
- 7+ years of Workday functional experience, with emphasis on Recruiting, HCM, and Onboarding (configuration, security, reporting, integrations).
- Demonstrable experience in leading global projects and managing a product roadmap.
- Strong track record of partner engagement and influence at various levels of an organization.
- Experience as a process improvement advocate, leading change across systems and operations.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
