JOB SUMMARY Works under general supervision to perform intermediate coding activities in a manner that meets productivity and quality standards as established by the coding leadership. BENEFITS
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
High School Diploma or equivalent and certification as a coder
3 years of professional coding experience. May consider education in lieu of experience.
(CPC) CERT PROFESSIONAL CODER Upon Hire or (CCA) Cert Coding Associate Upon Hire
Knowledge of Correct Coding Initiatives (CCI), Epic electronic health record systems and 3M coding software and Proficiency in EPIC is preferred JOB DUTIES
