OP - Highway Structures Superintendent

We are searching for a Highway Structures Superintendent with at least 5 years of supervisory and heavy/highway construction experience.

FNF Construction, Inc.is a general contractor providing heavy civil construction services throughout the Southwestern United States.

Manage and oversee the activities and construction associated with highway structures/heavy civil projects.
• Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and per the project plans and specifications.
• Enforce company policy as it relates to safety and quality.
• Work with operations manager to insure adequate manpower and equipment is allocated to the project.
• Work with project management to derive construction schedules, progress estimates, change orders, and report work completed to date.
• Manage field operations and coordinate work with other personnel and subcontractors.
• Perform material and quantity estimates for various phases and scopes of work completed.
• Work with project owners and engineers to achieve required results.
• Maintain daily progress reports.

Candidates must have an acceptable 3 year driving history to operate a company vehicle.

Must be willing to travel. FNF offers health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as a 401k program.
