The Product Manager is responsible for the overall development, evaluation, and optimization of iQ Credit Union's products, ensuring they align with our mission, brand values, and financial goals. This role combines deep analytical expertise with strategic vision to manage the full product lifecycle, including identifying opportunities for growth, improving member engagement, and driving product innovation. By leveraging data and collaborating across departments, the Product Manager ensures iQ's products remain relevant, competitive, and member-focused, supporting both organizational growth and financial success. Essential Duties:
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills: Experience: Minimum five years' experience in product management or strategy, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience in financial services or credit unions is preferred. Demonstrated focus on member experience or market-driven strategies. Professional certification in product management/product development and/or agile or design thinking preferred. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and financial modeling. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis is highly desirable. Strong understanding of market research techniques and membership trend analysis. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product management, project management, or related discipline.
