Description Maine Medical Center - Biddeford / SanfordProfessional - Clinical ~ 40 Hours/week, Full-time, Day shift ~ Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)is required * Maine Medical Center, formerly Southern Maine Health Care The Medical Social Worker role plans, organizes and initiates the social work needs of the inpatient population and their families to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the patient are addressed to support discharge planning and coordination.
