Job Description: Sales Representative

Location: Secaucus, NJ
Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Competitive Commission Structure
Industry: Printing/Manufacturing

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join theirteam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Prospecting and Relationship Management: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, research, and networking. Develop long-term business relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, tailor solutions to their business needs, and effectively negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Sales Strategy and Performance Improvement: Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for improving overall sales performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Targets and Outcomes: Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales efforts and client satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and competitive products to enhance your sales approach and client interactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly seek feedback and use it to improve your sales skills and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation, selling, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations that resonate with the audience.
  • Strong relationship management skills with openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
