What You Will Do: Plans/manages dock flow in order to safely and effectively meet outbound shipment and inbound receiving schedules Trains, develops and monitors logistics associates in required duties Performs safety, procedural and housekeeping audits of the logistics areas Identifies safety hazards and implements changes necessary to mitigate hazards Proactively communicates with customer service, management, production and maintenance department personnel to meet departmental and plant objectives Accurately processes necessary transactions related to labor reporting and record keeping Performs daily administrative tasks involved with maintaining inventory accuracy in SAP and additional systems Back-up forklift operator for shipping and receiving operations as labor crewing and demand dictates (this is a "working" coordinator position) Position Details: Plant location: Martinsburg, WV This position will work 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM Overtime is required, depending on business needs. Hourly Compensation Range $28 / hour (+ $0.35 shift differential). Hourly Compensation is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED 2 years of Ecolab experience in logistics (shipping and receiving), or 5 years of logistics experience in a related industry 1 year of experience in coaching and mentoring of staff Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree Computer literacy with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Knowledge of ISO, DOT and OSHA standards Experience utilizing SAP and/or other WMS Willingness to assume new responsibilities and activities for personal and professional development Good time management skills Demonstrated leadership capabilities, working in a high volume, high SKU count environment Strong written and verbal communications skills Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: $28.00 / hour + $0.35 shift differential Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
