401k & Company Match Position Summary: As a Customer Manager on the MASS Team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends within the total edibles sector. This role will focus on analyzing consumer behaviors, identifying industry trends, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our position in the competitive CPG bakery market. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis - Conduct comprehensive analysis of consumer trends, purchasing behaviors, and emerging opportunities in the total edible's space.
- Strategic Insights - Develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations that highlight market trends and competitive analysis to guide strategy and decision making.
- Data Interpretation - Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret complex data sets, predicting future trends and customer preferences.
- Trend Monitoring - Proactively monitor industry developments and innovations within edible products segment.
- Competitive Analysis - Evaluate competitors' strategies, products, and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.

Education and Work History:
Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Economics or Business-related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. Ideal candidate will possess: 5+ Years of Experience - In Roles directly related to market research, consumer insights, or similar analytical position within the CPG, food, or commercial bakery industry. o Consumer Research - Conduction or managing consumer behavior studies, surveys, focus groups, or other qualitative/quantitative research methods. o Data Analysis - Proficiency in interpreting large datasets, potentially using tools like SAS, Excel, Power Bi, Access. o Trend Analysis - Tracking and forecasting market trends, especially within the food sector or specifically commercial bakery products. o Presentation and Reporting - A Track record of presenting complex data and insights to stakeholders at various levels, influencing business decisions. Physical Demands:
- Able to use a variety of communication methods on a frequent basis.
- Use a notebook computer and standard office equipment printers, fax, phone etc.
- Able to sit, stand, stoop and have use of hand motor coordination regularly.
- Use various forms of transportation for extended periods of time on a periodic basis.
