Job Description Airline Support Team Service Representative Chicago, IL An exciting opportunity to join our Airline Support Team (AST) as an AST Service Representative has arisen to support a major civil engine customer in Chicago, IL. As an AST Service Representative, you will work with the Rolls-Royce Customer Team to provide operational fleet and service delivery support for our customers. You will support major or minor event investigations and support the airline in the event of an operational disruption, such as aircraft on the ground (AOG) events. You will provide timely technical and parts supply assistance and be the focal point between Rolls-Royce, the operator and the local airworthiness authority for any investigations, accidents or incidents. You will work in a Hybrid environment and be on site with the customer on a routine basis. Must be able to travel domestically up to 10%.
