DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a registered nurse with our office, you will provide operational and clinical oversight, monitoring, and quality management of the Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) Program (Nationally known as PACE). This will require top-notch communication and customer service skills as you navigate relationships with community organizations. Part of your role will include the coordination of all activities regarding policy, procedures, regulations, as well as quality improvement, monitoring, and risk management programs as they relate to improving the quality of services and supports for the program. This is a very collaborative position that will allow you to work with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement high quality consumer service and compliance with state and federal regulations. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: This position is home headquartered and will require frequent travel as part of your work duties. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional nursing experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- You must have active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
