Job Title: Digital Marketing and Media Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative email and media specialist to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve planning and executing innovative email and media strategies to increase our fundraising, engagement, and improve our marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing and Media Specialist, the individual should be well-versed in the creation and implementation of tailored email and media plans, monitoring and analyzing media campaigns, optimizing strategies based on findings, and presenting results to stakeholders. This role will ensure that media campaigns are effective and aligned with the company's marketing goals.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement tailored email and media plans that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret data to draw insights and optimize strategies.
  • Manage email and media budgets and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate media campaign performance.
  • Present and explain email and media strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the company's overall media strategy


Qualifications:



  • BS degree in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field.
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Proven work experience as an Email Specialist, Media Strategist, Media Planner, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of different email and media channels and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Experience using Salesforce.

Position Location: US Remote

Full time: Based on 37.5 hours per week

Position Grade: 507 Exempt; Estimated Annual Salary Range ($75,000-$90,000)
