We are a full-service supplier of corrugated shipping containers and value-added solutions. Our customers rely on us for package testing, structural design solutions, just-in-time (JIT) deliveries and rush orders. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing orders, providing quotes, and addressing any issues or concerns. This role requires problem-solving and a deep understanding of corrugated and its applications in the industry, in addition to maintaining customer relationships We are seeking resumes for a Customer Service Representative with knowledge and experience in the corrugated business.
