About You

As a Manager of the CVAS National Client Services team, you are a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for operational excellence and team development. You bring a strong background in supporting key administrative functions, including accounting, invoicing, assignment processes, portfolio management, people coordination, and executive support. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking and attention to detail are crucial to success. Your leadership style focuses on mentoring and coaching, empowering your team to reach their full potential while ensuring the smooth execution of critical functions. You possess a collaborative mindset, are solution-oriented, and have a deep commitment to driving continuous improvement in administrative processes. Your ability to balance both strategic oversight and hands-on support makes you an invaluable resource to your team and the wider organization.

In this role, you will...

  • Be a trusted partner; building strong relationships with the management staff through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication.

  • Manage the training of any applicable new hires and maintaining new hire administrative training materials.

  • Process bid requests & agreements via email, client portals, etc.

  • Process new awards, accurately entering data into the internal software and providing this information to the applicable producers in a timely manner.

  • Manage the appraisal delivery platform and ensure deliveries are being completed efficiently.

What you'll bring

  • College/University Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate)

  • A high level of initiative and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work that meets internal and external customer expectations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while prioritizing multiple deadlines.
