JOB PURPOSE:

In this role, you will analyze large sets of data and develop recommendations to drive business decisions specifically aimed at improving Midco's supply chain.

KEY FUNCTIONS:



  • Collect relevant data and produce comprehensive analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Analyze data to suggest and develop process improvements that increase quality of work and efficiencies.
  • Understand business priorities and use data to identify ways for Midco to meet these priorities through process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain teams to identify system limitations and develop solutions that provide long-term results.
  • Work to standardize the data collection and reporting processes for the Supply Chain team.
  • Understand and work proficiently with analytical tools and models.
  • Follow and serve as a role model in displaying Midco's Core Values and Leadership Success Drivers.
  • Adhere to Midco's privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy.
  • Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:



  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Microsoft SQL experience is preferred. Ideal candidate be in third or fourth year of degree program.
  • Tableau or PowerBI experience is preferred.


WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS:



  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Precision in data analysis and report generation.
  • Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
