About the Job

Drive financial excellence as a Client Finance Analyst. In this role, you'll serve as key contact for financial and operational matters, collaborating with Account Management and Project Management teams. Ensure seamless client delivery, navigating contracts, billing, compliance, and reporting. Unlock insights through data analysis and tracking.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage job lifecycles, ensuring timely updates and accuracy across systems and reports.
  • Coordinate with agency teams for seamless estimate entry, billing, and project tracking.
  • Oversee monthly billing, invoice verification, and out-of-pocket expense management.
  • Analyze and report on project financials, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, job status management, and estimate creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely client payments, issue resolution, and process improvements.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred).
  • Prior work experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, graphs) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Business Software and Vantage (preferred).
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
$50,000 to $65,000 annually.
