We offer a flexible hybrid schedule that combines work-life balance with team collaboration. You'll be in the office Tuesday through Thursday to engage with colleagues and support our business lines, with the flexibility to work from home most Mondays and Fridays.

Essential Job Duties
-
- Program Development: Develop, implement, evaluate and monitor employee and leadership development programs. Leverage metrics to measure success.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management tools and frameworks to support organizational design, performance management, competency development, career pathways, and succession plans.
- Team Development: Support team development through consultation in change management, employee engagement and retention, new leader integration, leadership coaching, and team interventions.
- Facilitation. Lead and facilitate strategic planning sessions, team building sessions, and leadership retreats.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
- OR equivalent additional relevant experience.
Experience
- At least 8 (eight) years of progressively responsible experience in Organizational Development (OD) including program development, talent management, team development, and facilitation.
Security
- Employees in this position may be required to successfully pass and maintain security clearance relevant to assigned duties such as SIDA (Security Identification Display Area), TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential), CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Systems), etc.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Instructional Designer (IDP)
- Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI or similar)
- Certified Coach (ICF, Hudson or similar)
- Certified Facilitator (ATD or similar)
- Certified Organizational Development Practitioner
- Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP)

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure full consideration, you must submit a complete application, including a resume outlining your skills and experience specific to this role, and complete the supplemental questions. SELECTION PROCESS & PROJECTED TIMELINE: (tentative schedule):
- Minimum Qualification Evaluation: During the week of June 16, Human Resources and the Hiring Manager will evaluate the education, training, and experience outlined in submitted application packets.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) Evaluation: A panel of internal Subject Matter Experts will assess your experience and training based on your application materials and responses to the supplemental questionnaire.
- Interview Scheduling: Our goal is to schedule first-round interviews during the week of June 23 for candidates who successfully pass the SME evaluation. The first round will typically involve the recruiter and the hiring manager. Panel Interviews are tentatively scheduled for early July.
Compensation:
Our organization adheres to established salary ranges for each position to ensure equitable pay practices. However, final offers are determined based on various factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and considerations of internal pay equity.
