Patient Registration Associate 100% On-Site Washington, DC Pay: $20-24/hr based on experience Job Description * The Patient Registration Associate will be sitting at the front desk of a busy outpatient specialty clinic. * They will be supporting 2+ doctors registering all of the patients. * The associate gets about 20-25 patients a day. * They will be taking calls to schedule patient appointments in IDX and handling patients when the come in to register them, verify insurance, scheduling, collecting copayments, etc. * They will be scheduling them with IDX and will need to take that training. * The associate will be a key member in increasing the patient experience and providing a high level of customer service. * This is a full-time contract to potential hire job opportunity with benefits! Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Additional Skills & Qualifications * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 1-2+ years of recent medical front desk clinic/patient registration experience * Outgoing personality * Willing to take initiative * Ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
