*Location*: Tempe, AZ (Off Kyrene and Elliott) *Job Type: *Full-time *Hours of Operation: *Candidates must be available 7 days a week from 5am to 10pm - will be assigned a set schedule working 40 hours a week. *Paid training provided - Growth Opportunities (IT, PA, Claims, Leadership) - Supportive Environment * *Job Description:* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls and some follow-up calls. * Answer calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions, and some confidential information. * Provide great customer service with a high level of attention to detail, entering information accurately. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Measured on quality and accuracy, handling 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity. * Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. * Must have 1 year of recent call center experience in the last 2-3 years * Previous experience in customer service or a related field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for career growth and development. * Friendly and supportive work environment. #prioritywest *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
