Job Description

Position Overview:The VP of Sales - Industrial Services and Fixed Facilities will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across CC's nationwide industrial services and waste processing facilities. The VP of Sales will be responsible for setting strategy, tracking progress, achieving revenue targets and driving overall sales performance. The VP of Sales will work with the sales team to foster relationships to accelerate growth and profitability. The position will report directly to senior leadership and will work closely with other departments to execute CC's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission/Bonus Structure Development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop a customized commission and bonus structure for the entire industrial sales team.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage and oversee both the nationwide industrial services sales team and fixed facility sales operations.
  • Alignment: This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment across Environmental Services and Operations teams.
  • Representation: You will be the face of CC's industrial services and fixed facilities sales divisions.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with key internal departments to assist in defining the long-term organizational structure and titles within the fixed facilities and industrial services sales functions.
  • All other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, sales management, or sales operations, with a focus on service-based organizations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in the environmental services market is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
