Oversees and/or participates in set-up and closing procedures (ex: counting inventory, prep, cleaning) Efficiently and accurately completes any required paperwork. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee event set ups ensuring clubs/bars are set up and ready to serve in advance of guests. Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly. Ability to interact with guests and staff in order to insure guest satisfaction. Communicates to staff regularly, both formally and informally. Enforces safety standards with employees. Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends and holidays Performs other duties as assigned. Apply to Levy today!
