What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting financial analysis to support decision making
- Assisting in the month-end close activities and preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and other internal reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and potential issues
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and processes
- Support the administration of the Finance Dashboard in Power Bl
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed/assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
- Must currently have a minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week for the full 12 weeks (no vacation weeks)
- Must have completed 2 years of college
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Preferably within 1-2 years of graduation
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs (Power Bl and TM1 bonus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and demonstrated learning agility
- You take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them without needing constant direction.
- You are open to constructive criticism and use it to improve performance and grow professionally
When and Where You'll Shine:
- Full-time commitment, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Westlake Village, CA 91362
- A reliable commute or the intention to find temporary housing before starting the internship is required.
