Pay: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements: To excel in this position, candidates should have three to five years of experience in an HR Generalist role and possess a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent education, training, and experience. A solid understanding of employment law, general human resources policies and procedures, and outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems is essential. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires the employee to be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Job Duties: The Human Resources Generalist will conduct recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt positions, reviewing applications and interviewing candidates to align their experience with specific job-related requirements. This role involves assisting the HR Manager in coaching, counseling, and guiding managers before executing disciplinary actions and monitoring employee performance evaluations to ensure they are completed promptly. Additionally, the Generalist will maintain and process all Unemployment Notices efficiently.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
