Experiential Education Specialist Job Details Job Location : UHSP main campus - St. Louis, MO Position Type : Staff (Full-time) Education Level : Masters Degree Travel Percentage : Negligible Job Category : Administrative business and/or operations support Summary Summary of Position The Office of Experiential Education (OEE) Specialist manages the day-to-day operations of the OEE under the guidance of the Office Director and is charged with high level administrative responsibilities and making decisions based on administrative policies. This role supports the delivery of the College's experiential education rotations by collaborating with students, faculty, and preceptors to ensure compliance with program requirements. The position involves generating reports, monitoring compliance, and maintaining consistent communication through email, phone, and text. The Specialist utilizes Microsoft 365 and online databases to carry out their responsibilities effectively. This individual is expected to perform the required duties with general administrative supervision or direction while exercising discretion and independent judgement, work independently, demonstrate professional communication, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain confidentiality.
