OVCA seeks an ambitious, strategic, collaborative leader as the next Director of Prospect Management and Data Analytics. The Director of Prospect Management and Data Analytics plays a critical role in achieving UIC's philanthropic and engagement goals by designing and implementing overall portfolio management strategy, guidelines, process, procedures, and training based on data and best practices to help build and support a sustainable donor pipeline. This role will report to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Advancement Operations, Talent and Culture and work closely with executive and senior leadership across the organization including the Vice Chancellor for Advancement (VC), Associate/Assistant Vice Chancellors for Advancement (AVCs), and senior/executive directors of development. The position leads a team that provides strategic assistance by ensuring portfolio health and providing strategic data insights to help solve business needs. Minimum Qualifications
