Elderplan and HomeFirst, our Medicare and Medicaid managed care health plans, are outstanding examples of how we are expanding services in response to our patients' and members' needs. These high-quality healthcare plans are designed to help keep people independent and living life on their own terms. The Manager of Community Office Development will be responsible for the integration of Elderplan Community Offices (CO's) into the communities which they serve. The position will build relations with service providers, Business Improvement Districts (BID's), faith-based leaders and independent brokers. The role will liaison with our marketing team to execute events both within the CO's and in the community.
