Description Acara Solutions is seeking an Entry level Accounts Receivable Clerk to work with our customer in Irving, TX. Pay: $19 Hourly Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Duration: contract 6-9 months Here's what you'd do: Submits invoices to customers utilizing customer portal Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts Assists in generating monthly billing statements Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed Performs other related duties as assigned Records, files, and maintains order intake log.
