What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests during banquets, meetings, and special events.
  • Set up banquet spaces with tables, linens, and equipment according to event specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
  • Clean and reset banquet spaces post-event, ensuring a pristine environment for the next occasion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous banquet or food service experience is a plus but not required-we'll provide training!
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.


Availability Requirements:

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event demands.
  • Ability to work early morning or late-night shifts as needed for event setup or breakdown.
