Bring your whole self. The Role and Team This Executive Assistant will provide a range of administrative support services to key Executives and will promote efficient delivery of services. This team member will maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts, including board members, they will deal with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines/pressures. The ideal candidate will play a central role in keeping the business activities organized, on track and moving forward. Candidates must have exceptional communications skills, be flexible yet thorough, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to bring their own voice to the table and take ownership of the role. THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - CANDIDATES WILL BE EXPECTED TO SPEND TIME IN OUR NORTHERN VIRGINIA/DC AREA OFFICE EACH WEEK Responsibilities

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400-135,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
