CSR / Customer Service Rep (Call Center)
Location: East Syracuse, NY (13057) Job ID: #70362 Pay Range: $15-19 All work in onsite at the office Job Description The Inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) Supports pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery. * Provide support to our Distributor Network * Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network * Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system * Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone How the Product Registration Team helps our customers: * Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online * Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access * Provide customer warranty information * Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors * Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue * Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed REQUIREMENTS: - Previous Telephone CSR or Customer Service Rep experience in a Call Center setting. - High school diploma or GED - Pass a drug test and background check - Basic PC and keyboarding proficiency - Ability to work on-site every work day Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law.
