Please apply for consideration! NOTE: New employees will be placed at the first step which is $87,128 per year, second step $90,440 per year or third step $93,242 per year, depending on experience. Based on current salary placement guidelines, all step increases for which an employee becomes eligible shall take place on July 1st of each fiscal year. These increases will occur, on an annual basis, until the maximum step of $106,895 per year is reached on the salary schedule. Salary Schedule for Police Officer Jobs: Police Services Officer - Shift 1/ RANGE 10 /SALARY $87,128- $106,895. Police Services Officer - Shift Differential plus 5% Shift 2/ RANGE 12/ $91,484- $112,240. Police Services Officer - Corporal/Investigator plus 7.5%- Shift 3/ RANGE 13/ SALARY $93,663- $114,912. Police Services Officer - Corporal/Investigator with Shift Differential plus 12.5%- Shift 4/ RANGE 15/ $98,019- $120,257 per year.
