The Director of Organization Effectiveness & Change Leadership is responsible for driving organizational transformation, change leadership, and business activation across a wide portfolio of programs and internal customer groups. This role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, enable the realization of strategic initiatives, and activate business capabilities. The director will approach each customer interaction with genuine curiosity and attentive listening, seeking to understand their unique perspectives, needs, and challenges. The role will also be responsible for monitoring and advising on robust organizational systems that drive efficiency, adaptability, and measurable business outcomes. The role will lead a team of internal employees and experienced external partners and own a budget for partnerships with professional services providers. Key Responsibilities:

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
